The price of property in Spain in 2017 shows its highest increase since 2008

New homes are 5.5% more expensive and resale ones, 5.3%.

The latest data to confirm this comes from the Index of Housing Price (IPV) of the National Statistics Institute (INE), which reports that the average price of free houses rose to 5.3% during the first quarter of 2017 Compared to the same period of 2016.
