This is a brand new project by one of the biggest builders in Spain that a lot of people have been waiting for and has been out on sale for pre-reservation only since September 8th with no exact prices just approximate but they will be similar.

They received within a week 29 pre-reservations which means you go on a priority list and according to your number you get to choose which type and location of the property you prefer before the exact prices and plans goes out to the public which is on October 30th 2018

To make a pre-reservation you pay a deposit of 6,000€ which is the deposit towards your property. Then you will be contacted and sent the exact prices and plans before the 30th October, At this time you can then select the property you prefer before they are released to the public.

But if for any reason you no longer want to go ahead you will be given a full refund of the 6,000€ as with a pre-reservation there is no obligation to buy, although we are not expecting many to not continue due to the fantastic location and specifications of this development.

The estimated prices are as follows

2 Bed 1 Bath from 180,000€

2 Bed 2 Bath from 220,000

3 Bed 2 Bath from 270,000€

Prices include an underground parking space and some come with a storeroom, also full air conditioning in your property.

Properties are available on Ground, First, Second, and Top floor which have large Solariums of 65m2 with Sea views

Basically the higher end of the prices is always the top floor, and the first floor normally is the lower end. Ground floor prices depend on the size of the garden and if a corner plot. The prices also vary a little according to orientation.

Full furniture packs are also an option which includes everything, they even leave some drinks and fruit for you on your arrival. These will be from 11,000€ to 14,000€ approximate as we are just working from there other developments to get an idea at the moment.



Playa Flamenca is one of the main growth areas in Orihuela Costa. It has an extensive range of services including public transport, major supermarkets and various leisure and gastronomy choices. All the services needed for daily life can be found close to the development: supermarkets, restaurants, transport services, etc. Furthermore, the cities of Torrevieja and Orihuela and the town of Pilar de La Horadada are very close by, as is the shopping centre Centro Comercial La Zenia, which is the largest in Alicante and one of the most important retail centres in the region, covering an area of 80,000 m2.


A short walk will allow you to swim at the magnificent beaches of Playa Flamenca. La Zenia, Punta Prima, Cala Las Estacas and Cala Capitán are other nearby options in Orihuela Costa. These beaches offer numerous leisure and recreational services as well as the option to practice water sports.


A few kilometres from the residential development are three excellent 18-hole golf courses: Golf Villamartín, Real Club de Golf de Campoamor and Golf Las Ramblas de Campoamor.
