The apartments are a mix of second-home owners and residents, plus a handful of holiday-lets. Nationalities are split almost 50-50 into British and Scandinavians. No children live here, but they do visit, mainly in the school holidays. In the winter months the complex is very sparsely occupied, and so one can enjoy 8-9 months of tranquility.
